The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really good. You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly. I’ve been taking my car there for many years and have always had a nice experience. Shout-out to Val who is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant to deal with!!

I had an outstanding business interaction with both Land Rover of Baton Rouge and Bill Cutforth. The experience was low pressure and Bill was highly knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. My wife and I visited the dealership multiple times to help us decide on our purchase. Bill was always accommodating and took the time helping us learn about the vehicles. The final business negotiations were open and transparent and I felt it was a fair deal for Land Rover and for me.
First came by with a low tire - Jeffrey took care and told me to watch tire - went dusk 10 lbs overnight - showed up at dealership next morning - Ray took my car had the tire changed to spare had my new tire ordered came in the next day Great communication and kept me updated so I did not have to worry Very nice to deal with !!

I think they were fair initially they wanted to charge me $1500 to change a water hose that was leaking. They didn’t change when they changed the water pump that cost me $8000. But after I told them, they should’ve changed the hose when they changed the water pump they didn’t charge me so I think they’re fair

I’ve had so many issues with Landrover. This last time they didn’t clean my car. Pay all that money and they can’t even clean your vehicle. I sincerely hope that if anyone at that dealership have vehicle issues, they are not treated the way I was. One report didn’t mention limited SOS, I get an updated one now with that issue oh and a $300 charge. Never again. I found a reputable mechanic and my vehicle is now fixed fraction of the cost.
