I’ve bought several Land Rovers over the last 10yrs and whether I got them from Paretti or not the service has always been amazing! Today in particular I wanted to leave a 5 star review for them! My 72yo mom blew a tire on her Discovery Sport and they got to her before she could even get roadside assistance in route! They got her spare on quickly then got her to the dealership and got her new tire on immediately! Can’t say enough good things about the customer service there!

Without a doubt, it was just the most pleasurable experiences I have ever had buying a vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase. There were no repetitive sales calls. We were from out of state, so didn't want to drive to dealership unless was ready to purchase. She made sure all my questions were answered and all was setup for when we arrived. Highly recommend. Worked with Patricia on an out of state car purchase. I have bought several cars out of state but never without seeing them in person first. This is the only car I have purchased sight unseen. Patricia was great at communication, very responsive and patient. While it was a used car I am very particular about my cars and she assured me this one was well cared for and it was. They also were very accommodating on working out a deal for my trade. If they have a vehicle you want ask for Patricia!

The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really good. You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly.
