The wait was a little longer than usual. I think he said it was because the loaner was being cleaned. While I’m thankful for a loaner; it smelled of cigarette smoke and ran extremely loud. Also I was asked to show license, insurance and debit card for the loaner. I am rarely asked if ever for a copy of my debit card so I gave my credit card; which that seemed to be fine. All items were fixed with the exception of the running board being left in because of tires being changed so I will need to call ...
