This dealership was a great partner in my search for a car. I had the pleasure of working with Bill Cutforth. He was responsive, knowledgeable and detailed in hi communication with me. I was buying from out of state so he went above and beyond by sending pics, videos and descriptions of the car I was looking at. He also took care of the logistics required to get my car shipped to me and followed up after to ensure they ran smoothly. Finally, the price we aligned on was fair and in great shape! I highly recommend working with them!
The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really good. You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly. I’ve been taking my car there for many years and have always had a nice experience. Shout-out to Val who is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant to deal with!!

My daughter had a rough start with them. But when I called them I had the best service and very professional. They kept us updated at all times and gave us our charges for approval ahead of time. Although the dealership was nice, information on the vehicle was lacking. Adding knowledge of the Landrover brand vehicles would be a great idea.

First came by with a low tire - Jeffrey took care and told me to watch tire - went dusk 10 lbs overnight - showed up at dealership next morning - Ray took my car had the tire changed to spare had my new tire ordered came in the next day Great communication and kept me updated so I did not have to worry Very nice to deal with !!

I think they were fair initially they wanted to charge me $1500 to change a water hose that was leaking. They didn’t change when they changed the water pump that cost me $8000. But after I told them, they should’ve changed the hose when they changed the water pump they didn’t charge me so I think they’re fair
I’ve had so many issues with Landrover. This last time they didn’t clean my car. Pay all that money and they can’t even clean your vehicle. I sincerely hope that if anyone at that dealership have vehicle issues, they are not treated the way I was. One report didn’t mention limited SOS, I get an updated one now with that issue oh and a $300 charge. Never again. I found a reputable mechanic and my vehicle is now fixed fraction of the cost. No hospitality no one offered me anything to drink or told me where the waiting room was employees passed by and never spoke to any of us sitting in the waiting room my sailesman passed and wave at me and kept going did not speak or as what I was doing there if everything was ok

A Dealership with wonderful and thoughtful service!!! From beginning to the return of my Jg, Mr Power listened to me and took my concerns seriously. It is such a pleasant space to wait too. Mr Power provided a loaner after the problem with the Jg was not clear. But first thing the next day, I was told all was well and the Jg was ready. I am happy to drive the Jg and happy to have a Dealership and Mr Power to keep me on the road comfortably and safely!
Process was quick and easy… Talk to salesman via text she had car I was looking at ready for test drive when I got there. She let me give a good test drive. We did all paper work that day and I came back next day and picked car up.

The service advisors are fine, however the quality of work from the service department is terrible. So much so, that I won’t be buying another vehicle from Paretti.
They were not able to program the key. I was told that the actuator needed to be replaced. I took my car to another Range Rover mechanic and they tested the actuator in the door and it worked without problem.
Mr. Ray was super helpful. He always kept me infirm on the process on fixing my car!

I bought the vehicle from out of state, sight unseen and it was a great experience. It was delivered to me to CA and was as described, in excellent condition and timely. Bill Cutforth did a great job and provided detailed information prior to the sale.
Ray did a good job of keeping me updated on my car. The service department did fine, but it took longer than I expected to get it back, although there was lot they had to do it. Waiting on parts was part of the issue I believe. It was AC work.
I always get in and out quickly. Mr. Prengel is always thorough, quick and professional.

My wife and I both have vehicles which receive service at Paretti’s. They are reliable about what they project will be the timing and cost of service work. The work has been reliable after getting the vehicles home. The availability of rental cars when one of our vehicles needs to stay at the shop is very convenient. We have become good friends with the sales person , Terrance, who sold us our Jaguar and Land Rover.
I have had other Service Advisor with Paretti and Ray is the best. He has kept me updated on the status of my RR while it was being serviced. Especially because it was only 3wks since I purchased it when it needed to be in the shop for something that the manufacturer failed to install
